William A. Bonk, III and  Scott M. Spanbauer are the Monday February 27, 2012 INCA meeting speaker. Note that this meeting is on the fourth Monday of the month due to observance of George Washington’s Birthday/Presidents’ Day  the week before.  Networking starts at 5:30 pm and goes until 6:30 pm. Speakers are introduced after announcements at 6:30 pm. Meetings generally go to 8:30 or 9:00 pm.

Mr. Bonk is the founder of Emerging Strategies an intellectual property and business intelligence and marketing strategy firm based in Chase, Maryland. William and Scott will be speaking on IP/Marketing Intelligence-Driven Product Development.
